And yes, Myles Gilbert is the plonker who built the penthouse round the furniture.

I remember this one too. Didn't he pretty much f**k up everything possible, still make a £1.4 million profit and then bought Zambia to do up or something?

How annoying I've seen the jokers from a former life too.

Does anyone think that the person who went through all the hassle of getting the planning permission in Brighton, realised there were technical problems and then found a numptie to sell it on to?

I don't think for a minute we have. Its just they couldn't get mortgages, innit. :) The brighter ones realised that being made to look foolish did not serve them well in life. :)

Strange coincidence, but that episode of Come Dine With Me with her was re-run on More4 in the last 2-3 days.

How selfish of these people to see sense and not want to be the target of our friendly ribbing on a Tuesday night!

I'm annoyed about the lad with a view.

How is he disposing of his sewage?

What a huge risk buying without knowing who owns the foot path..

If it had been me I would have insisted on a deal that gave me a meaty percentage of his finished house sale price. He obviously go some yokel who things 10K is serious money.
