What happened to the Brighton guy? I thought they were going back to revisit?

Feeling ripped off, basically a repeat. And a bloke called !!!!!!?

Sheesh - we all know an amateur developer who has got burnt in this market. Pickles - give Sarah a ring will you? She'll love that gravel drive.
  • Gareth was very lucky and also rather canny!

Brighton bloke's had an offer that, if it completes, would make him over £180k.

    Gareth

    Spent £136k
    Wants: £385k
    Agents: £345k, £350k, £400k
    Average £365k, £140k+ profit
    Put on market at £415k
He got full asking. £194k profit before tax.

These amateur muppets. When will they learn that making a quick buck from property is pretty much impossible. Give me a slow-yielding government 2% bond any day of the week. Ohhhhh yeah.
