It's a factory area. There's also a Jam Factory development within a few hundred yards, sounds a bit more appealing than a sausage factory. I'd have definitely renamed my development from the start.

No, it's definitely the one. Go to google and search on "49 Brunel Road London", then look at satellite view, then look at street view, that's it.
They must have changed the building completely to try to sell it.

The bloke had quite possibly the most annoying voice I've ever heard too. There's only one bloke that can get away with a voice like that and it's Lloyd Grossman .
