Perhaps it's a particular fetish? They did sound so sure that they could find "people like them" who would love to buy the place. Perhaps that's what they meant?

Have they got any of them on the market atm?
I did quickly trawl through 5 pages of the thread, cos lets face it, I only got here 5 minutes after the show finished

I did look on rightmove, but couldn't find any.

It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

I've found an editorial link which shows details of a 3 bed flat selling for £585k in the sausage factory in Rotherhithe, but the agents site it links to no longer lists it.... It MIGHT be it, but I'm too new to post the link....

I believe the side-by-side baths were an extremely practical addition allowing one to luxuriate in comfort whilst one's knickers have a good soaking in the next door tub.

...that was the reason for them wasn't it?

That's what I'd use it for. I'd either want to have a bath in privacy, or be in a larger bath with a loved one... certainly not sit and watch telly in two baths side by side. But being able to reach over with a broom handle and stir your knickers every 10 minutes in the next bath sounds perfect.
