Just had our 20-week scan, and the Bean is apparently doing just fine in there. Reckon he's got boxers arms, he was punching around like mad. All measurements check out okay.

Congratulations and snap! We've also been for ours this morning and another team blue! Didn't realize I was supposed to go to clinic afterwards (they rang and asked where I was whoops!) so have another appointment for next Mon berloody pregnancy brain!

    Oh my God.

The hotel where we had our wedding reception responded to the bank's dispute claim by LYING!

They took my debit card number off the back of the cheque we paid the balance with (two weeks before!) and charged £130 for wine. The wine was included in the package, so I disputed the claim. They responded by saying that my OH authorised the charge. First, he didn't, because they never told us they were charging extra for something we paid for in advance. Second, it's a single-user account so he would not be authorised to make a payment with it anyway!

Ooh lots of thunder here. Just as well OH is at home sick, otherwise my poor dogs will be ripping my house apart. One of them in particular is scared to death by thunder and fireworks, and has been know to get into the kitchen cupboards or rip up carpets when on his own if he hears either.

Congrats to tigster and fidget on team blue!! :j:j

elle - good for you on paying your CC off . My DH has finally decided we are going to pay ours off (I have been telling him since new year that by paying minimum payments it will take us for ever to pay it off, but has he listened ) so we have got a 0% card and balanced transfered onto it and will will start being a little more frugal as of next month. I might add our balance onto my signature to motivate me too!

BTW, I might not be around much for the next few days as my laptop has stopped working :(. I have been forced to use DH's PC to post this, but wil try to keep up with you all the best I can!

I know, 2 weeks today - Eek! I'm still a little scared, but getting fed up with being a right fat heffer, so part of me wants it to all start happening soon (Also I don't want to be pregnant if the weather gets too hot - I am sweating buckets already!) It only feels like yesterday I joined this thread and I was at the bottom of the list, I now feel like part of the furniture in here!
