Evening ladies! Lots of exciting scan news this week. Congrats to the team blue joiners. I suspect I might be joining you on Thursday when I have my scan, but I spose Jennynoo and I should be pinks to even things up for the week!
Glam- nice to see you back. Are you back at work yet?
Elle- the story about the cleaner looking for Rhys brought a tear to my eye. That is just so sweet!
So exciting that we probably have Mooki's bubs to add to the list, and will definitely have MM's too by Wednesday! Fingers crossed for Honey's too.
Meant to ask, has anyone tried one of the for co-sleeping? I quite like the idea... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Summer-Infant-5100-Snugglenest/dp/B000ZRTXEM/ref=sr_1_20?ie=UTF8&s=baby&qid=1245086102&sr=1-20:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Wohoo! laptop is fixed and Im back online (I was getting withdrawal symptoms from MSE after just a few hours!)My_Fathers_Daughter wrote: »Enjoy the peace and quiet whilst you can LOL
Get lots of rest and batch cook to stock up the freezer - anything that just needs sticking in the oven will be invaluable in those first few weeks (lasagne, cottage pie etc)
I will be looking forward to welcoming you onto the parent thread!
Awwww, thank you! I have been lurking over on the parent thread and trying to pick up some tips already. I have started batch cooking and have a lasagne and cottage pie in the freezer ready and waiting, I am trying to make room for more, but keep filling up the freezer with ice cream instead!
Value of prizes 2010 - 2017: £8374 Wins 2022: Magic set

Honeypop, hope things are getting ready
Glam, I got an ikea highchair, tray and support for £2 (£19 new) and the ELC playmat I wanted for a fiver (£37.50 new) at a car boot on Sunday
Head still hurts (and I have now drank over 6 pints of diluting juice, so it's not dehydration, putting it down to the cough) and I have bad cramps and still really tired and just feeling generally run down. Might go to the GP tomorrow especially if the headache is still there.
Kids and DH fed, dishes washed, artic roll in the freezer for whenever they want it, yay they are going for corenttos and feasts no dishes!!! I'm doing sod all the rest of the night.0 -
Argg I still cant decide on a buggy/pram, liked the streety because it was small and cheapish but more I look at it see it in shops, more i dislike it.. but I am wondering about the buzz 3, has anyone looked into this? Still like the look of the joolz.. I really want a green or red one, and got my eye on a red frog on e-bay..
Hi Nancmat,
I haven't caught up properly yet but we've gone for the Buzz 4, purely because I know a few people who have the Buzz 3 and love it but say that at times its a bit unstable when they're going up curbs and things...
We also really liked the Joolz but it doesn't feel as sturdy when you push it and it also isn't as high as it looks when you look at pics online, you should try it out in the flesh and see what you think, also the car seat that makes up the travel system is not well reviewed....0 -
Thank you MM for adding our Team Blue symbol to the EDD list!
On the money-saving front, we picked up an Avent electric steam steriliser from the charity shop today for £4.50, complete with three bottles (no teats). I've just tested and it works fine. It has made me wonder whether, if you added more water, could you use it as a vegetable steamer too? It's basically the same idea!:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
