Has anyone had mad mad itching in their pregnancy? I have scratched myself raw these last two days!! Mainly on the backs of my legs but also on tops of my arms, boobs and bump. Do you reckon its just a heat related thing? It's driving me crazy, might go to chemist for calamine lotion to see if it will help...

pookie, under my arms and the side of my boobs, my timmy and the bottom half of my legs drive me mad with itch all the time in this pregnancy, I asked the MW about it and she said it was normal and to use lotion to ease it

cheers mm what lotion are you using and more importantly is it working lol?
have big scratch marks all over my legs, thank god the weather has cooled a little here and can wear trousers to cover up!!!

I'm using the anti itch E45 as my Oh had a big tub of it for his excema (sp?)
And yes it is working, but not under my arms !! but I think that is just the heat as you say, sweat makes you itchy.

Pookie - I'm sure that itching can be a preg related symptom, but I would just ask at the chemist for advice.
MM - you've been on bejewelled again!!!!

I have been browsing the topshop website - I'm going to pop out at lunch a buy a bumpband - I'm beginning to flash my mid-drift in my work tops :eek:- anyway, they sell Uggs for babies WHY? and they're £35!!
