washing bedding - how often?
Comments

Every week all the bedding gets washed. If my o/h has overheated during the night then the sheets and quilt cover are washed that day. The kids bedding also weekly unless there has been an accident of some sorts.
I cant imagine sleeping in sheets longer than a week.0 -
I remember watching a film, I think it was JFK, and Jackie Kennedy on entering the White House told the maids that she wanted the sheets changed twice a day:eek: I thought that was a bit excessive but that if I was to be rich someday I would get the maid to change then once a day - I love the feeling of clean sheets:)
However as we are not rich then they get done once a week:D0 -
Once a week here too - or much more often depending on the dreaded night sweats...
and I iron all the bed linen because I don't like it all creasy. I don't mind doing flat ironing (on a Sunday morning, while listening to The Archers omnibus), it's shirts that do my head in.May NSDs 10/11 (Feb 8/10, Mar 11/10, April 11/11)May save on lunches challenge 12/18 (Feb 16/16, Mar 20/20, April 18/18)0 -
Once a fortnight or when they need changing before that. The kids get done as and when needed, which ends up being a couple times a week anyway.0

How dirty have you got to be that you'd have to wash your sheets every couple of days?
Don't you wash?"One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Every week for me. Mine on a Monday and the kids on Wednesday:D"there are some persons in this World who, unable to give better proof of being wise, take a strange delight in showing what they think they have sagaciously read in mankind by uncharitable suspicions of them"(Herman Melville)0
