would someone please explain how the thanks thing works and why? sorry im so useless lol

If you found a post helpful you can 'thank' it by pressing the thanks button on the bottom right hand side of the message box. Some people thank the posts on the flylady thread so they know where they're up to. You don't have to though!

Welcome to the thread by the way! xx

Neveah lots of us use the thanks as a book mark since the thread is so long. But like Mudbath says, you don't have to :)

Thanks Valli. I'm torn between nerves and excitement. My Mother - predictably - agreed without hesitation to assist with childcare, and then rescinded the offer, and then... once Dad agreed to help, she said, I'm happy to do it. 35yrs they've been divorced, and she's still competitive!!! :D

I've got the biggest ever case of CBA. I am in the foulest of foul moods so put the spot on flea treatment on all 3 cats so they can feel foul too.

Started cleaning all the spilt hot chocolate from my purse/bag/phone/car but no hot water left after DS3 bath.

Started the dinner but can't be bothered to do anymore

Started the washing up but can't be bothered to do anymore

Put the washing on but can't be bothered to put it on the line.

Are you gettting the picutre I CBA!!!

Dusty - you sound so like me today!!!

I've been waiting for a friend to call as we were going out for the afternoon. She ALWAYS lets me down but i've known her most of my life so i've put up with it. Anyway, she was supposed to phone me at 1 and still hasn't so I decided to start on DS's room as he's away until tomorrow and then away with school for two days. So far i've thrown out one bin bag full of 'stuff'. I feel SO SO SO much better for chucking stuff out especially as it's not mine!:rotfl:My husband always says i'm dangerous when i'm bored!

I really want my friend to phone now and i'm going to tell her i've had enough!! I'll be very polite though! :rotfl:.

I'm going to browse the net and watch yankee candles on QVC - i'm not going to buy any though! Promise xx
