Hi All, Am in a bit of a state today but will be flying this afternoon. I suffer very badly with my hayfever and my eyes are so swollen and itchy drops aren't working so off to the chemist shortly to find a miracle cure! I've started breathing really loudly at night too, My OH slept downstairs last night because my breathing was so loud lol! more space in the bed for me!
Have been working my usual 11 hours past couple of days so need to catch up on the thread but will post my very long list later on!
Hope everyone has a good day and those who have been poorly i hope u all feel better over the course of the day.
Tink xxDebt to clear: feels endless...
Weight loss to go: 42lb/13.5lb
Maybe someday i'll be skinny, organised and debt free..
:rotfl:0 -
Triker, hope you are better soon
Rach, I’m glad you had such a nice time with your family. Great to hear that your sister is improving and that you had lots of lovely cuddles with the baby!
Big hugs tho for the wobbly moment, it’s not surprising, it’s been a tough few days for you
Grateful, I loved your post about laughing in the meeting, I always want to laugh at serious moments in meetings! I always think of funny things at inappropriate times!
Kazwookie, your cat is doing well with his weight loss. My sister was telling me about her friend who has four fat cats and they are all on diets. She has to feed them one at a time, and stand there til they are finished eating, take their bowl away if there is any food left, and feed the next one. It’s the only way to stop them stealing each others food!
Huston, you should be added to the list automatically but if you are not there (Pigpen sometimes deletes people if she thinks they aren’t around any more) just post asking to be put back on again
Soappie, well done on being voted in as secretary!
AnWs thanks for the update on Toots – trust her to be in charge of the remote!
Greenbee the programme was called Ten Things You Need To Know About Weightloss (or possibly Dieting) my mum was raving about it and tried to tell me all the tips in about five minutes. My brain went on overload so I asked her to stop and let me try a couple of things before I forgot everything she told me! Hope your work improves and that today will be better
ETA: Just seen Hippy’s post – thanks! I will record the repeat!
Thrifty, you didn’t offend me at all. Yes I am agoraphobic, but am trying to get used to being outside alone as I really need to have more exercise! I also have depression which is why I recently gave up work
Soappie, it’s interesting about your DS and proof of identity. I heard a very interesting programme on the radio about those ID cards the government want to bring in. Lots of elderly people phoned in and said they want them as they didn’t have a passport or driving licence and people looked at them funny when they pulled out their ID card from the war! Trying to get a bank account or anything was a nightmare for them!
Miss A thanks for making a card for Toots, that’s so sweet of you!
Rach and Soappie, stop talking in code! It is very intrigueing! And you know I am a nosy miss!
Bungle, how lovely to have a puppy! I really want to get a dog
Bevan, where do you walk?
Big hugs Tinkabell
I am feeling quite a bit better today, a bit headachey, but I really need to get on with getting this place sorted. I think I need to shovel everything on to the bed and then work backwards.
I've already washed up, as didn't do any yesterday, and the kitchen looks much better!
Am going to find my lists and do some work"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Poohbear ~ send me one of your bathrooms, then you won't have the bother of cleaning it any more
.
How I wish I could. You would think that having more than one the dirt and rubbish would be the same just spread around but, no, I have three filthy bathrooms every week! Also have hand basins in three bedrooms!
Today I am taking the day off from flying and I am going out for some 'me' time with my friends.
Tinkabell I hope the chemist helps get your hair fever under control. You would be fine here today, we have had sleet!!
Well done sunnygirl Can you come and do someof mine please. I can't move appliances and now live with four men so not much hope of anyone else doing it. They tell me they can't see the point of cleaning behind or under things because it can't be seen. Sorry men!!business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

In my HHC, I:
dusted the LR and BR
decluttered the table and cleaned it (in place of the PC desk)
put my floordrobe on the bed so I can tidy it easier
hung out washing (from Tuesday)
did a binbag dance – 10 tissues, 1 plastic bag covered in sticky gunk, 24 things off table and 6 ink cartridges (which I will recycle if I can find a place to do it), and 49 things off the floor
I need to the LR next, all that was just from the bedroom end of the room! I'm really glad it's done, I hate walking on things all the time but somehow it just gathers on the floor. Not really sure how it happens!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Morning all
One load of washing out and it's drying, but not as fast as in recent days obviously! Not too bad a morning though.
I've made a cottage pie for dinner so I've just got to turn the oven on about 12.30. Also made a fruit cake this morning and that's cooling on the rack.
Dusted the computer desk and the living room and vacuumed right through downstairs.
Hope everyone's OK, off to finish catching up
ETA Soappie I think I've completed this week - is there something I haven't done for a star?0 -
