It's the 'S' forum rather than the 'B' forum and there was a goodish turn out last night. It suffered a bit over the last year or so because the previous chairman wasn't up to the job really and kept changing dates and times without letting anyone know! But that's resolved now so hopefully it will now get stronger.

I guessed it would be the S one and almost used the same means of askign you!! Does that mean H is not the chair any more?

Right, I am going to get DH up I think.

Morning all! Thanks for all the welcomes!

Well I jumped in on Wednesday and haven't done too well...mostly because DD was off school yesterday for polling day and she's off today as it's a PD day.

I'm sure I have completed Thursdays Level Ones - in fact I have done more than necessary as once I started on the bathroom I couldn't stop. Really enjoyed the 'throw out 100 things' and marched round the house with three bags for charity/recycling/bin, DD (9) really enjoyed that and I suspect I will use a similar plan when we do her bedroom this afternoon.

Everything is made much more difficult for me at the moment due to the recent addition to our family - an English Springer Spaniel puppy called Maddie (I see some ESS's in the avatars on here!). It means that I can't get much done unless she is asleep as she needs constant supervision to stop her from eating everything!

We are taking MiL out for lunch today so that should be nice but need to stick to one glass of wine otherwise I won't get anything done when I get home!

I'll be back later to have a go at posting my list with (hopefully) lots of crossed out bits on it!

Have a lovely day everyone and thanks - I really like this friendly thread :D

soappie - congrats on the new secretary job (or should that be congrats to the ones who got you before you realised?) Hope DS and DiL get their mortgage sorted.

AnW'sMum - thanks for the update about toots and well done Miss A for the card.

greenbee - I've prob missed you, but positive vibes for your meetings and calls.

pigpen - glad to hear you are sounding stronger (although I suspect you are still not well and just fighting it)

It's Friday  That means I have (please insert expletive of your choice) another week
