Been out for my walk and had a really good time, managed it in good time.

Am pleased to report I've just been for a 3 mile bike ride, and it took me an absolute age!!!! about 45 minutes to be exact, but that did involve a 15 min stop with the bike riding group from the practice, who I refuse to make feel obligated to wait for me to catch up with them so I did my own mini ride. They go for about 20 miles..... and I'm just not there yet!!!
Was going to take the puppy for a walk but its pouring down with rain so I left him contently chewing my gardening glove....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
