    Evening Everyone!

    Sorry for no update yesterday.
I did my first bike ride yesterday home from work, at around 8pm, so nice weather, good light, managed to fall off TWICE!
Second time round really hurt myself and therefore spent 4 hours in A&E which isnt actually a local a&e, so had to travel for 30 mins there and back. Got home at 2:20am, and had to get up for work at 5:30!!!!

Nothing broken/fractured, one very badly bruised and swollen elbow, as thats what I landed on......

Poor you! See - being healthy is dangerous. I sit on my backside 97.8675% of the day and can assure you I have never broken, fractured or badly bruised anything!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Still - good luck to you for your bike ride thingie

Thanks I.F.... admittedly thats what a lot of people have told me, however my body is doing what it does best and healing itself from within.... with no drugs or meds.... just as the big man upstairs intended....

am still tempted to try going out again on my bike tomorrow, early in the morning so no traffic etc..... and then go out for the walk.... ponder ponder...
