Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind

CAFCgirl - just saw the title of your diary and thought I'd pop in (running being a thing of mine
)
Ignore that Cancer reserch plan though - never use a plan that relies on minutes running instead of distance as everyone runs at their own pace so you may not be getting in the training you need despite following the plan to the letter
Try runners world for some good plans or if you want your own one let me know the date of the race, number of days a week you want to train and how far you're running at the moment and rough times and I'll craft a sub 60 plan for you
Enjoy the running training anyway!!0 -
