I really hope everyone here managed to miss the new-build boat aka Titanic Mark II. I really can't believe anyone on this board would be dumb enough to board it. :rotfl:

So fat pig what will be the bottom of the maket?

What would be a good mortgage at the moment?

Answer me those and we will see if I have made a mistake.

In the mean time I will still be paying off my mortgage, 13 years is current target.;)

I believe that some members on here missed the boat to Realistic House Priceville and ended up buying £300k papermache dolls houses built on old landfill sites that are actually worth around £2.50 on a good day. :rotfl:

You buy a house for £240k and four years later call in an estate agent and he says "nice!, you should be able to get £490k for this" and so you wife says "darling, lets put it on for £680k and then after 2 months someone comes along and offers £630k and you say " **** off, I'm not giving it away and then the buyer goes away and a year later you drop the price to £599 and then someone comes along and offers you £370k and so you sack the estate agent and get another estate agent who says "nice, you should be able to get £260k for it and someone offers you £230 and you say "I'll rent it out until the recovery comes" and then you try to rent it out at a price that covers your mortgage and then after two years with Mr Void, you put it in an auction and it fetches £170k. That is missing the boat.
