Hiya Threebabes. Stardrops is fantastic. I got into it from this site too. You can use it for almost anything. There are bout 3 different ones (i think) The normal one (orangy colour) it can be used for general cleaning ie floors, tops even as a w.u.liquid, soap powder etc. The power one (with ammonia) is brilliant for stubborn stains. My cooker parts were in a terrible state. I soaked them in the bath with boiling hot water and the stardrops and the stains just floated off. Beware tough dont use too much. You only need a small amount. And dont buy the ready made up ones, it works out too expensive. I only seem to be able to get them in Iceland and Netto. But other people on here get them in tesco and asda. Good luck its the best product you could but and will save you a fortune.Debt at 01/01/2010 £130 MBNA :T

I notice that you've found one of the main Stardrops threads. I'll merge this to keep ideas together

I have been using Stardrops and Zoflora for a few weeks now (after hearing about those products on this thread), and I love them both, though my personal favourite has to be Zoflora simply because I love my house to smell so strongly of flowers!
Anyway, I've had a thought (happens once in a while) : if clothes moths dislike the smell of lavender, woudn't a flannel dipped in the lavender version of Zoflora and stuffed in a lined drawer do the trick?
Just a thought. Perhaps someone has tried this?
My nan swears by using zoflora in her wash cycle keeps everything fresh and anti-bac'd.
Starclen is my fave out of the star family...i love the ammonia smell :T0 -
