Can we uncross fingers yet0

Not yet franklee!!!! thanks for keeping them crossed all this time!!! must be getting uncomfortable now!!
My Mortgage Arranger phoned the lender to chase the offer and was told that the underwriter had put a note on the system saying that they need to see proof of the architect certificate from my solicitor (news to me!!)
I arranged for the architect to send a letter to my solicitor confirming that the warranty on the property commenced on the date of his completion certificate dated Feb 2004 (which is what I discovered on Fri morning!!) although there were minor issues listed to be resolved.
He didnt send that through til 4.15pm so it was too late for the lender to get the new offer out so again we are hoping for Monday!
Will update you AGAIN tomorrow!!!
I am getting driven crazy!!0 -
Thought I would update today!!!
A miracle has taken place :j:j:j

The fun starts now!!!
The drive is getting started this weekend, the plumber is fitting the boiler and sink at the end of this week.
We have agreed 28days between exchange and completion but aim to complete within a couple of weeks.
Thanks very much for all your advise!! :T

When she's done the house up, will she still have spare cash left over for a new keyboard, though? One of the keys seems to be stuck.
I hope it all works out okay for you and you get all your certificates, etc. Huge risk being run, but it will hopefully all work out swimmingly. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Hope completion goes OK.0 -
