Viruses only affect your computers hard drive and not keyboards. Now shoo.:cool:

Just a quick update..........

The drive was finished at the weekend and looks amazing!! I got the building control inspector out yesterday and he has passed it!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo!!!! We are picking up the final certificate from the council offices today and the architect will now be able to issue his certificate!!

The boiler and sink were fitted over a week ago so as soon as we get this certificate, my solicitor can request completion so the lender will send out the surveyor again.

All is going well at the mo except for still having no interest in our other house!! Stressing me out!!

I spent the day at the house yesterday cleaning ready for decorating so I am getting excited now and cant wait to get stuck in!!!

We have the bathroom ready to fit, have ordered the kitchen, american fridge freezer, new fireplace etc!

Oh and I was 30 on Sunday and am going to see Take That tomorrow!!! How much excitement can a girl take!!!???

Another update...................

We have finally completed!!!!!!!!!!! Can't believe the house is ours once and for all!! We have already fitted the bathroom and the kitchen is getting delivered in the morning!! all systems go!!

We have also had 3 viewings on our other house in the last 2 days and have also had an offer which was a bit too low but fingers crossed, we will hopefully get a better offer soon and are hoping to move into the new house in 3-4 weeks.
