ok well ive just used it twice - once in sports world on oxford street where it shows as electron and once at sainsbury's local where it shows as visa.

ive kept both the reciepts with all the details on so if someone can tell me what else to look for in all those numbers i'll be glad to post

I already have the connect card from Barclays but i use that account to pay bill but to be honest Barclays are crap compared to Co-op for 1 co-op is easier to get an account with as although Barclays say the account is BR friendly alot have been refused or like me found it very hard to get plus i have found there Customer Service is nowhere near as good as co-op and i am happy not to have my current account with the big banks and co-op were the original bank to give BR's a second chance and i can never thank them enough for that.

Well I've just got off the phone with a lovely young lady who assures me that the Co-op has done everything they can do from their end and it's down to the specific retailers to update their systems! Rats:mad: The young lady was very sweet and was obviously rather confused as to why we were still having problems but it didn't sound as though the Co-op can do anything!
