  • Hi girls

Thank you all for nice words.
I am much better now and just got new order today and i am a little bit scared (ok not only a little) as I have order for 30 cakes and i don't know what to do now. I am afraid as I have to buy a lot!! ingredients and not sure if they will like it. Should I take some advance payment?
Also it will be my first order that I have to send and I really don't know how to pack it... :( Please any help?

That's fantastic Kate. I would personally take a deposit, somewhere between 20 - 50% or maybe do 10 at a time, i.e make 10 get paid then make more? I have only send individual ckaes by post so not totally sure but guess it would be cheaper to send the by courier and maybe 2/3 in a big box. I wrap the cakes in bubble wrap then put packing pellets in the fill the box up.How far away is the delivery, could you deliver them yourself or ask a friend to deliver them maybe?
