A big thank you to all those who post on the forum and make it a worthwhile place!!!:j

  • It is really good, very neat too! They are a bit fiddly to do aren't they! When people order them I secretly dread making the prams but had 4 orders for them recently :0 typical, lol!
Proud mummy to 3 beautiful boys! :D
  • Thanks, butterfly2001 and carlymummy. Yes they are fiddly, especially when trying to wrap the ribbon around and hold the blanket in place at the same time!

I've just finished a trike - now this was fiddly. Photo link.
  • Love the trike - I don't find them as bad as the pram but thats just me, lol!
I made one for a woman that ordered one and then she changed her mind and ordered a bathtime cake - grrr..... still a sale is a sale I suppose :)

I don't expect either of you would like to post the instructions on how to make a pram or a bike or be able to tell me where there are some tutorials please?

I'd love to make one for the craft fayre which I'm doing on Sunday, but not sure if I'd be able to or not?

    Thanks

  • Thank you SallyUK. I searched Google images for "nappy cake trike" and found this one which I then copied, I used wash cloths instead of socks on the "handlebar" and to wrap around the bottle and muslin cloths through the "wheels".
  • Wow, The Nappy Pram, is really nice, I have just made my 1st Nappy Cake which I want to post on here but as of yet I am not able too, I want to have a go at making a Pram next so I will give it a go. If anyone has any useful tips on how to put one together that would be great.

  • Thanks Danielle, angelkay on page 29 of this thread, took photos to show how she makes a pram cake.
