Hiya,
Just wondering what you guys that do this as a business use for accounting?? I dont intend to turn this in to a full blown business and i'm happy to keep i as a hobby that pays! I havent done anything yet re accounts other than keep a list of sales, my receipts & a list of mileage.
I'm sure i'm gonna have fun with my tax return so i asked over on the small business board if anyone could recomend a spreadsheet template. but they mentioned that i need to keep track of the value of my stock!
Please help

Hi All,
Well, inspired by you all I made my first nappy cake for my niece's new baby. Then I enjoyed it so much that I decided to make it into a business. Our new website is now up and running, so thanks to you all!0 -
Hi all - im new to this but i am so jealous of all these fantastic cakes on here...

Hi all,
What a lot of fantastic cakes since I have last been on the pc!!!!!:T:T:T
I have been making loads of pamper cakes...they are selling well. The nappy cakes had fallen off a bit but then suddenly 3 phone calls out of the blue for cakes!!!luckily I already had some made up. must make more up in amongst everything else there is to do! Why did I start this?????
Oh well every penny helps... saving for a new kitchen.
everyone seems to want to wait till they know what they have rather than buying neutrals. very annoying as I have quite a few neutrals which I need to get rid of now.
Keep up the good work everyone.
Becs...where are you based? there is someone within the next county who does very similar cakes to you!!! with the Peter Rabbit characters.0 -
Catherine I'm in Cambridgeshire. Don't see many people using them as the majority of people doing nappy cakes like to buy the toys as cheaply as possible as not doing the quantity to buy wholesale. That's part of the reason I decided to use them as wanted to do something a little bit different.
Where are you Catherine?0 -
Hello Becs.
I am in West Sussex and the person that does Peter Rabbit is based in East Sussex. I think she is in Mayfield but have yet to meet or have a chat to her. I think she does it in quite a serious way.
Woppee another pamper cake order just come through for Christmas!0 -

Please can someone tell me how to post pictures on here. I have tried and it just says as a user I am not allowed to post links on the site.
I have tried my first Nappy Cake and would like to know what you think.
Thanks Danielle0 -
Hi Danielle
I'm not sure how many posts you have to make before you can post links or pics but I know I couldn't post any at first so make some more posts then you will be able to.
