What lovely Chrsitmas Cakes Moonpenny! For mine I used a muslin for the single tier and a white pram cellular blanket from Asda (2 for £6) which I thought made it look quite nice. I haven't got any white blanket at all other than those.
Gotta go now though... lots of pints of socks to print labels for! for Saturday.
Good luck everyone.0 -
Brudie25 What is QD?
Thanks for the tip on Adams blankets! There arn't many blankets in other colours either - even my local Primark have hardly got any in.
Europa - Lovely cake! I havn't used brown before (only creams) but looks really effective!
Moonpenny - QD is a discount chain a bit like Home Bargains! http://www.qdstores.co.uk/ Heres the link if you want to see if there is a store local to you! They have bought a lot of the old Woolworths shops apparently - They are in our old woolies and the one in the neighboring town -looks on the website as if they are in East Anglia. HTH x0 -
