I just had an asap 3 tier order. They rang at lunch and said can they pick it up this pm good job i had lots of stock. Prob not as nice as my others but then it was rushed.
I am quite happy with the bow as i made it myself and it was my first atempt. I was a bit annoyed that my printer is out of 1 ink and therefore won't print anything until it has been changed and i don't have a replacement so i had to hand make a label with the contents on.
wrapped:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

Wow, someone just suggested getting my Cousin & her Fiance one of these, their first baby is due in December & I didn't know what to buy the three of them, they do look fantastic. Is there anywhere to buy them? If not how do I make one? (I'm not good at making things!) . . . I will read the thread but it's long! What goes into it?0

Fab cakes everyone
Well I've been feeling really ill this week and typically have had 3 cakes to make.
A nice variety though, a 2 tier neutral, a 3 tier pink, and a 3 tier in blue ........ and just had a call from the lady who had the blue 3 tier, and wants another one the same for a friend who saw it.
Not happy though, will finally be using the last of my Ellie's!!!!!! I brought so many of them ..... and now they are gone!! Just wish Asda would replace them with something else, my store hasn't had any teddies in for ages :mad:A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0 -
Great work in a short time Louby lou! Looks fantastic.
Absolutely love the luxury one carlymummy.
I saw the bits in our Sainsburys but resisted buying as I have so much stock... they look great how you've dome them though Iririp!
I have not done so many of the nappy cakes in the last week... only 1 lady popped around for a 2 tier neutral she had seen at my last fair.
But I have had some massive Pamper Hamper Cake orders! 1 lady is basically doing her whole Christmas family shop with me, Papmer cakes for the ladies and Pint of socks for the men! Hope they keep rolling in like that. Going to try and find our nearest hobbycraft tomorrow. must resist buying too much.0 -
i was looking for a nice eeyore toy and found this. its a *bit* on the large sizes but for a luxury cake it might be nice...

yes Irlrip - they look great!! I saw those in my sainsburys but didnt bother with them as thought too big - daredn't add anything else to the pile of stuff I'm unlikely to use and wondered why
Oh I know how you feel. I looked at them thought they were lovely picked them up, put them down, picked them up, thought what will I do with these and then thought oh well they are a bargain......must have:rotfl:
Carlymummy and louby-lou-lou -beautiful cakes
CandyB101 - I am down to my last few Ellies:( and Asda don't seem to be replacing them with anything
Vikki_louise - I don't think I will be using that on my cakes;)0 -
Irlrip, I love your new toy bouquets! The toys are lovely and “squishy” My Sainsburys only sell food.
Brudie25, I had to laugh at your bad buys – we have all done it! I’m even thinking of trying to get rid of some stuff on ebay but never done it before.
Wouldn’t it be great if MSE would let us start an online shop to get rid of stuff we don’t want. We could sell really cheap and it might just be the thing for someone else.
Carlymummy your Luxery cake is so gorgeous! Where did you get the dog from?
louby-lou-lou - Really pretty cake. Love the colours!
Candyb101 – I have still got some Asda ellies left but it’s getting harder to find nice toys the right size. Why don’t we all bombard Head Office with e-mails to get them back? I would love some more of the Lions they did as well.
Catherinevegh - Fantastic news on the order front with your Pamper Hampers!.
