    I must be missing something here and being incredibly dense!!!
    I have made a new entry and entered all the details listed above, but the only profile it will let me connect to is the default one it came with. This profile cannot be deleted and none of the settings can be changed. Grrr.
    I can't believe the amount of my time this thing is taking up and still it's not running.

    ANY IDEAS ANYONE??:mad::mad::mad:

    Are you clicking "Apply" after you have made the new entry?

    The way I got it to work is that when setting up the new profile there is an option to set it as "Default" and the connection will then use the new rather than original profile.

    Have you made sure you have not mistakenly MIXED THE ZERO AND LETTER O in the settings
    this is what took me a week to work out DOH :mad:

    My littlewoods discount has still not been refunded .
    Phoned customer services today and the second line manager told me this item was never offered at £10 but was only ever £20 and that unless I have proof there is nothing they can do !!
    does anyone have a SCREENSHOT of the original offer I can email them
    they seem to be very good at moving the goalposts as far as refunding is concerned
    for those that got their refund well done

    There is no "Apply" button that I can see.

    Still as frustrated as ever:mad::mad::mad:

    The dongle is connecting using the settings it came with, but I am concerned these settings are not the right ones for the iPhone sim.and I'm going to pay dearly for the time online
    I have created a profile with the correct settings, but it never shows in the available networks list

    I ordered mine when it was £15 and the refund was made immediately. They certainly do things in an unusual way. There were a total of three transactions on my card. One for the price of the dongle, one for the P&P and one for the refund. Bizarre eh.:rotfl:
    It would just be really good if I could get the thing to work properly:mad:

    Why would you need a screenshot? You should have an order confirmation in your email inbox which confirms the price of £3.73, together with the application of the Discount Code.

    Your emailed Order Conformation is your proof.

    If it makes a difference.....
