    Well i have since received another reply stating again my query has been passed to another department to deal with. I am going to get my bank to sort this out as this is rediculous.
    I emailed them again today after waiting a week for them to get back to me. Their response was that they had referred it and I should wait longer. I want to go down the bank route now but im not sure if they would do anything as I used my debit card.
  • Had my refund but not before threatening to report it as fraud to my bank. Those still waiting, push it with them.

    Mine now shows as refunded to card on my transaction details so hopefully it'll show up over the next couple of days - btw all it took was two polite phone calls.
  • My £10 refund is now back in the bank - after 3 weeks and 3 emails from me.

    They (Littlewoods Direct) have a very odd way of doing business - why take the full amount in the first place, and then why take so long to reimburse it? Or do they just not reimburse you unless you make a fuss?

    The transaction details on my online statement sum them up quite well;

    Emailed them again as it's been 12 days since passing it to another department and not a word off them.
    Have pointed out that as a new customer I fully fitted their "terms" and I only authorised a payment of £3.73 see how I get on this time :rolleyes:.

    I also have yet to receive my refund from Littlewoods Direct for this item even though I was twice told that my account had been adjusted. Just sent them another email now but I won't let this drop. I will certainly keep pursuing it and will think again in future about dealing with this company for sure.

    Thanks to LD's flagrant flouting of their T&Cs and poor handling of the transaction, the item has ending up costing me minus £6.27.

    I would be happy to let them have the extra £10 if they call me a few times and send me a few emails to refresh my memory.

    Then of course I'll need to know the number of their bank account and.... there is the matter of my time....
  • well well well let me make few things clear the price of the Dongle is not £10 but £9.78 and the £10 off voucher only applies when you order something that is £10 or more ...
    i was the first few who orderered the dongle and got it delivered next day .. but never saw me refund back on to my card .. after calling littlewoods 3 times it was made clear to me that the dongle was 9.78 in the checkout due to new Vat reductions so the discount code does not apply .. so organised for a refund .. will find something cheap for filling 12 p gap ....
