well well well let me make few things clear the price of the Dongle is not £10 but £9.78 and the £10 off voucher only applies when you order something that is £10 or more ...
i was the first few who orderered the dongle and got it delivered next day .. but never saw me refund back on to my card .. after calling littlewoods 3 times it was made clear to me that the dongle was 9.78 in the checkout due to new Vat reductions so the discount code does not apply .. so organised for a refund .. will find something cheap for filling 12 p gap ....

    What are you talking?

The headline price was £10. The voucher code was accepted. The order confirmation showed that the amount to be collected was £3.73.

    End of discussion.

I have just checked and my account at Littlewoods Direct and it shows a credit of £10 from yesterday. I do not know if this will be put back onto my credit card though. Will leave it a couple of days and see what happens.

I think it all depended on when you ordered. It was advertised at different prices at different times. If you look at the first post it was £9.99 so fair enough if you did buy at this price you should not expect the £10 discount. But when I and many others ordered the price was £10 so we should expect the discount. No mention of VAT anywhere so it should not have come into it.

Help: I have an iphone sim purchased with ten already credited on it and have the o2 dongel...Have put the sim in and do not get 'free' internet.

What steps do I need to take to make this work? What software do I download or do I use the O2 software?
    Is this still working?

    Thanks in advance

well after only 1 nag email from me, LWD has refunded £10 woohoo! Now to find the best occasional use tariff for this dongle: Pity 02 don't have something like Vodafone's "Pay and Go".

Get a Vodafone sim and use that instead.

Also what did you write for them to refund you in one message?

And have lots of fun trying to get the content bar taken off it.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

    @deathtrap

    my email ran:

    "Hi xxxxxx,

The item was dispatched but the refund did not appear.

If the web page accepted my order and calculated the discounted price, I expect that the voucher to be honoured (has been my experience with all previous Voucher offers: if for any reason the Voucher is invalid, I get informed on-screen immediately, then I can decide if I still want to purchase the item).

I kept a record of the order and the amount taken from Visa card does not match it. Most unusual, in fact a first.
Hope I can get an explanation."

(and a Voda SIM will not give the deal I like that appears to be only avail if you buy their dongle & SIM together - £15 buys 1 GB with no expiry time).
