How do you activate the iPhone sim? Is there a way to do it online, other than calling and speaking to someone?

I guess you need to do this first before adding a £10 top up voucher.

NO you do not need to activate it before adding the £10.
Buy a £10 top up from the corner shop and activate the sim by dialling their landline number 08456 062 277 and adding the credit to the sim.It is automated so you do not speak to anyone.

Well i had still not heard anything this morning despite thier promise of sending this to another department to deal with. I emailed them this morning saying if i did not get a response today I would be passing this to my fraud department at the back and have now been advised the following

We are sorry that you have not yet received the refund. Please now tell us the last 4 digits of the card used for payment and we can action this immediately for you.

I say everyone else do the same :)

I have just received the following email reply to my message today that pointed out I'd been lied to by a member of Littlewoods staff when I was told 2 weeks ago my refund had been applied:

Thank you for your e-mail about the £10.00 refund.

Unfortunately I was unable to contact you by phone today.

Upon checking your account the £10.00 refund had not automatically gone back to your card as you were previously advised due to an error with the promotion code quoted. I have spoken to our specialist department today who have refunded the £10.00 back to your card today however it can take up-to 7-10 days for the credit to show back in your bank account.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused as this is not our usual level of service.

    Kind Regards

Well i have since received another reply stating again my query has been passed to another department to deal with. I am going to get my bank to sort this out as this is rediculous.
