I was advised my refund was processed on the 29/05 too and still no sign so i've sent another email asking. If they think they can rip me off they can think again!

Just emailed them about my refund as the 14 days are up tomorrow and received the following reply.

This email is confirmation that Littlewoods Direct have received your enquiry, please allow up to 24 hours for a response from our customer service team.

I just passed it on to my CC company after listening to LD's broken promises. Refund was applied the next day.

Littlewoods Direct are just time wasters.

Similarly to other people, I've been passed piller-to-post by LD.

They've now come back to say that they've checked and the credit was applied to my CC on May 27, the day I placed my order.

This is totally untrue (and I've confirmed with my bank) and seems odd anyway that they would do it that fast.

I'll give them one final chance to sort it out and then I'm referring it to my bank as I've had enough.

LD has to have the most bizarre system I have ever seen. Anyone else would just charge your card the discounted amount from the start!

Got the dongle, my O2 iphone payg sim card has just arrived.
I need to put my £10 credit on it then ready to use.
My question is can I use my laptop with the dongle to go onto skype with web cam on to talk to family who are overseas. Anyone know.

Yeh you can do that.
There will probably be a longer delay though than using a wired internet connection though..

Probably not. O2 blocks video messaging on iPhone sims and doesn't support VOIP (needs to protect its own revenue on voice calls).
