    I tell you what people, we need to pray for a cooler day. I've just been on the treadie, and really struggled with the heat. Ended up taking me top off, but I cant do that in Leeds can I :rotfl:

    I must remember to pick up me asthma meds from the chemist too :rolleyes:

    If its hot just stop at the water stations and throw it over yourself (and dont wear a white top :p), on the back of the neck always helps cool me down :D

    (but yes it better be cool - I've got to run 13 miles at 2pm :eek::eek:)

    Me too, but I can do that whenever I want ;)

    DFWs only get together 2 or 3 times a year :D
