    Ibuprofen in case you get a bit stiff
    sunglasses
    Bin bag (in case in rains you can put it over you to keep you dry and warm)
    Your race info with chip etc
    telephone numbers on a peice of paper just in case you loose your phone :eek:

    Never heard of compeed :confused:

    I dont need a bin bag. I got a green Maxmillan poncho in the post the other day :rotfl:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    The hotel lobby is a few minutes walk from the start line ( now I've worked out where the hotel is:o) The Hotel is at the back of the Grand Theatre, and if anyone remembers its'over the road from the old Red bus station:o, and I think the runners will pass the hotel when nearing the finish, and about 50 meters away on the outbound bit:D


    can't you tell I'm answering these as I catch up - Me and little sis are booked in Travelodge at Vicar Lane too. Minimum staggering distance then!!:T
