spud remember Manchester...didn't we walk for 6 miles that night looking for food!

Just treat it as a meet with a walk with food at the end of it..

i don't think it was quite 6 miles hun!! we ran it all on the sunday and it wasn't 3miles! lol!

mind you, my feet were killing me! i wish we'd gone to china town instead... it was only another 100 yards...!

spud - i think you need to go out tonight, tomorrow, whenever... and walk for 6 miles... you'll see that it'll only take you an hour and half or so... maybe 2 hours tops, and you'll lay this whole "i'll never make it!" demon to rest...

You will make it... and it will be great fun!

Take DD along as well, call it training.... you need to do this, so you can enjoy the day and stop worrying, you're gonna make yourself ill missus!!!

I bet I sound like a right mardy barmpot dont I :rotfl:

I WILL make it, I have to now I have been sponsored. Will be 2 hours minimum I reckon, will never manage in in an hour and a half

DD has asked me to get her some decent running shoes for Leeds. Here we go again with the shoe buying debacle

Sammy, I might need your help with this later :o

    she must have shorts!!

Primark do really nice 3/4 leggings... she's walking it with you, don't let her fool you into spending money on sports gear.... not unless she's planning on taking running up afterwards... and she gets her tshirt at the end, so no buying tops either!

    I'm harsh aren't i?!?!?!
