  • Hi,
I've lurked around this thread for a while now but always found plenty of excuses for not taking on anymore daily commitments ... until I realised that by avoiding daily tidy-ups, I'm just making it harder for myself in the long run!
I also like the idea that DSs can join and be part of the challenge.
So, please could I join in starting from Monday? :D

((((hugs))))) Rach. For what it's worth, 2 of my friends have PCOS, and they conceived with no problem. 3 bouncing/strapping children later!!! :D Yay for your lovely DH :T

ETA : welcome to the thread BlimusOreilly. :xmastree: I've added your tree so that the powers that be..aka Pigpen will know to add you to the list. Our usual meeter and greeter Toots is unwell at the moment, or she'd send you a lovely welcome PM. Have a good read of Post 1, it should explain it all really well, but, any questions, feel free to ask. ;)

Have a good day, hi to the newbies, hugs to anyone who needs them.

    I'm second!

But I haven't been to bed yet since getting up yesterday at 6am.

Worked both jobs, got shopping in, packed OH suitcase before he came in from work at 2am then took him to the airport for 5am.

Hung two loads of washing on the line, had a bagel now off to bed..

    Ok let flying begin..................................

Come on out of bed all of you...........................:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Soappie~~ he is off out to ride his clean motorbike in a bit, with 300 to 500 others, some sort of ride out, involving stopping at designated places and picking up a play card at each stop, getting your sheet signed, then meeting up this afternoon, the one with the best hand wins, and there are loads of other prizes as well~~~~~~~~~~~~then the motorbike will have to be clean again tonight.

The only this is he has done the hoovering for me on a Saturday morning for some weeks now, whilst I clean, I guess I will have to do it all.

    Blitz the whole house
    Clean outside of window
    Cut lawns
    Hoover car
    Wash car
Weed kill rest of front drive.4
    WM x I guess 3
    Re made bed

Kazwookie - I know what you mean. The only thing my DH ever cleans voluntarily is the bike. I can't find my window cleaning stuff and half my micro fibre cloths are missing - I bet he has them.

Thanks for all the suggestions re the pan. I shall enquire about where the WD40 lives and try Soappies suggestion as it involves least effort.

Glorious sunshine here, hope it is for everyone else to. I might re-varnish the front door whilst it is warm enough to leave the door open. With it being south facing it needs doing every year.

Still need to do Thursday and Fridays lists as well. Gardening it is then.

Forgot to say big hugs for you and your DH Rach
