Have been reading this thread for a while but have been holding back on joining as not sure i'll be able to keep up!
But we are putting our house on the market and I have been cleaning so much I think I need to do little and often to keep on top of things now and after standing for 3 hours ironing last night i have vowed never to stand that long again!
I also have struggled to get the ironed clothes into my wardrobe, didnt realise I had so many! oops dont tell the dh!;)
Welcome Thifty -three hours of ironing is not on. You do it in half hour batches (or half hour challenges!)I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Evening all
Soappie thanks for the update on toots, glad she is pleased with the balloonsI do think it's a shame that they don't allow flowers any more but really pleased that they brought a smile to her.
Miss A has just gone to bed after painting my nails. I have a base coat of light pink with a top coat of sparkles
Went with Mum and Dad to fetch some loft panel packs. We took 3 cars as they needed 25  packs. It was right next to the chicken shop as DH used to call it(KFC) so I called in there for dinner for us 3, Mum and Dad had lunch out earlier.
Going to open a can of Guinness and chill for a bit.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
Hugs Rach.
Welcome Thifty!
Are some people mad? I've just walked home from a bbq and a house on the next street from me has built a big cage in the front garden and put two peacocks in it. Isn't that mean? Don't they make a lot of noise? It's far enough from here to not be a problem but don't think the neighbours will be happy! Total madness.
My house is tidy!!! xx0 -

Thanks Serena - not sure what it is - bad cold I think, but I was very achey and it now seems to have gone to my head so bunged up and headachy on top of aching, sweating and general tiredness... getting better, going to work probably didn't help but couldn't let them down as the course starts next week and we need to be ready for it - looking good there now and I will recover this weekend...:D
Thanks for the update Soappie - give her my love x
Have eaten Pizza and Ben & Jerrys with DS and am now off to bed - the little girl on BGT was cute and a good singer - didn't see her have her breakdown, they all seem a bit tense this year though don't they? The guy in the tiebreak at the end with her was freaky wasn't he? (don't normally watch it, is it always like that?)

Mudders -that's truly mad! Peacocks like to walk about. They can cover several miles a day. When I was on holiday in Worcestershire last year there was a homeless peacock that used to tour the village I was staying in and who took breakfast here, lunch there and dinner next door to where we were staying. If I was you , I'd consider calling the RSPCAI am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Thanks for all the hugs etc. quillion of course I don't mind - I will reply when I can think straight!
DH has been lovely - surpassed all my expectations as he often does and we've talked about bringing our timescale for a family forward in case there's any delay/problems. We'll talk more on our holiday (go next weekend)
For tonight I'm done, wish I didn't have to work tomorrow but hey. I'm going to lay my clothes out now and go to bed. Will be up and out about 7am!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
