    Evening all

Had a lovely day out, all exhausted but not lobster like, so many silly people were.

Have done dinner. DS2 gone to lay down with a headache. DS3 will be in the shower at 7. DS1 is supposed to be tidying his room - back from golf exhausted so no more revision going to happen there.

We have OH family for the weekend, camping in the garden. It will be fun. Trouble is the house is a state after my week off from flying! I think I'll tidy up from dinner and then do a HHH as a start and then do the bathroom/cloakroom whilst DS3 is showering/bathing.

He can't get it into his thick head that if he pays the mortgage (until HB is sorted and they pay the interest) and the bank loan (secured so no option in order to keep the house) then I'll pay everything else.. the overdraft, the next and BHS (which both have lots of stuff onfor him too not just the rest of us) and all the huge bills etc... I've taken them all on.. yet he is refusing to pay these to keep a roof over the childrens heads..

Pigpen, haven't a clue whats being going on, but from the gist of it, it sounds like you're in deep poop, I know you will sort it because that is what you do best and I know you won't want these but hugs anyway hon, as I think you need them...:A If my tuppence is worth anything, have you spoken to mortgage company and explained? I know this is not down to you, but they might be able to put stuff on hold until HB is sorted and maybe exhubby will be able to sort out the back payments after that? (or even do it yourself, I know that would give you a buzz knowing you!;))
As for bank - go in and demand to talk to someone who can sort something out for you - 13yo or not - they need to sort this for you and you don't need to be worrying about whether he will do it again either. If not, change the details by speaking directly to CA & DLA and get them to pay everything into one of your other accounts and write a letter to SHabby to explain what you have done and why, and how you are going to continue to pay off the OD, that way you don't have to deal with them at all?
Hope that helps... chin up girl, glad your DD is home but sorry you're not well again - hope you feel better soon.

Soappie, are you doing stars? How's Toots? Is there a problem? Whoever is speaking to her at the moment can you please send her my love and best wishes... :A

Sorry I've missed everyone the last few days - need to totally empty the house out as it is a disaster zone so really need to get a list going and clear everything out, trouble is I'm feeling soooooo rough and am breaking out into a sweat just walking from the sofa to the kettle...:D but I'll manage, I did at work today, only just and was a bit slow but we got it done anyway, so all good... anyway, lots of HHC's over the weekend, hope someone will be with me...

In my HHC, I iced some buns - DH, DD and DS have decluttered 4 of them  DH has decluttered DD and 3 friends to a concert, I've made pasta for DS, which he's decluttered ;). When DH is back, we'll declutter ourselves, a bottle of wine and a tin of amaretti biscuits over the road to have supper with a group of close friends :T There'll probably be plenty of decluttering of their wine rack going on, too

soappie it can be done in 4 weeks, more often 6 weeks to the sky. Should be lots of conveyancers around with time on their hands at the moment though!

Thanks GFH. Remembered this evening ~doh~!- DD works for a solicitors, I'll ask her if they do mates rates :D Also - NN had her will done recently by someone who was a senior partner in a solicitor's practice, retired, got bored, so set up a tiny little practice from his home. He did her will for £30.00 last year. She's going to phone him for us on Monday to see if he does conveyancing too...

    Evening everyone.

Went to see mum and took her for a walk as it was a lovely day. Then to hospital and on the ward again. Before I went out I was on my hands and knees washing bits of the living room carpet as the cat had left dirty paw marks.

Have got some washing in and about to wash the kitchen floor. Just decluttered some strawberries and a yoghurt.

pigpen Hope you get something sorted soon.

greenbee Thats good news about the job.

    Hugs for everyone.

Dusty - what fun - having the family down camping in the garden - looks like it's going to be a cracking weekend weather wise.
Valli - have a tip top evening
Pen-Pen - have a lovely evening decluttering all that wine and food!
Fly-flo - yes I'm doing stars. Toots is in hospital again. See update below
Boddy - evening. How was your day on the ward? Did your Mum enjoy her walk?

Just had a phone call from Toots. She has this afternoon, in hospital, received another flylady hug in the form of some get well balloons from her flylady friends and says thank you so much to everyone. She says they really cheered her up.

She said she'd noted ,before they arrived, that that lady over there had some balloons - the other lady over there had some too. But she didn't. Now she has and, apparently, hers are bigger :D

Seems she may be in a bit longer than she expected but sends her love to everyone and wanted to check up that you are all working hard. I told her you were and that we'll make sure we continue to work hard so she doesn't have to tick us off when she gets back.

    Evening all.

Not caught up with the thread as I've had my head in my text books all afternoon but I've given up and rang my tutor at home (something I really didn't want to do:o ) and asked for an extension. I've got until Monday but since my head has more holes than a pair of fishnet stockings I'm going for housework tonight, which will also give me a chance to half watch some of the films I've recorded ;)

Soooo slight adjustment to my plans for the weekend, and I'm subbing jobs which don't need doing urgently with study sessions since I still have 4 to do, plus the TMA and I need to contribute some stuff to the OU forums to get marks on my TMA  Subs are in black bold text ...
