    Thanks for the info NID.

I'll be calling them later today about it.

Well, this morning i got an email from La Redroute offering me an account. When i called c/s, i was told it's a cash account only. I requested a credit account and they did a search there and then, but i was rejected :(.

The nice lady said i should contact Experian :o.

Is it worth having a cash account, as i only want it for the green 0's
Cash account no use at all as it wont report to CRA'S.
Good luck with Great universal when you get ER sorted.

I've just accessed the CRA sites and apparantly i have to print off a form for Experian. I don't have any ink in my printer, so i'll be off to the internet cafe later.

I've already had my free 1 month access, so can't do it again. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I'm in a funny mood to be honest, not sure why but i wish it would pass :o. It's raining here, hope you've better weather.

Yeah, it was pretty heavy! Actually, i love it when it rains overnight and i'm as snug as a bug in my bed :D. There's something very romantic about it :T.

BigBum - are you requesting the £2 statutory reports? If you know you have defaults/missed payments then its normal so save the £2....

Failing that, just wait for 6mth til everything settles down, its easy to get carried away on this site and apply willy-nilly when others say how easy they got an account and I must remind you - credit is individual, you can get two neighbours, identical everything but one could get accepted and one declined.

There is no methodology to credit scoring and cannot be second guessed, what i'm saying is you could apply today and get declined but tomorrow get accepted.

With respect to LaRedoute, I got this account (credit account) and tbh it aint that good, overpriced as well.

A cash account is like a pay as you go, i.e. no credit updates.
    :o 2010 - year of the troll :o
