I totaly agree.Your health is so much more important than debt busting.I also agree you should turn it into a health diary.Good luck with it all.

Hurray! We can always do with more positive laughter in the world - see, thats the first step on the health diary!

What else... oh I know - don't eat two big slices of cake when you have a gluten allergy. That'll do :o:o:o my stomach was *not* happy with what I'd done.

The reason behind this change of heart is that I am really worried about my health and in particular my weight after discussing it with my OH I really need to concentrate on that no use being debt free if I don't enjoy good health I want to be fit enough to enjoy it and my health has deteriorated significantly over the last six months in a number of areas which is a big concern. As a result of the combination of my medical conditions I need to go on a very specialised diet medically supervised which won't be cheap to follow and will be very time consuming and also I need to find time to get fit this will stretch my budget and allow little time for extra money making. It is also going to be hard and I don't need the extra stress of debt busting most things can wait until I am debt free but this is not one of them.

At one point when things were tight, my weight/health started to be a concern, what was the point of not having debt if I wasn't going to be around to look after OH & my 2 sons. So changing the groceries etc. to things that made weight loss easier, did cost more, but it was in everyone's best interest for me to do it.

Hope the doctor comes up with some good ideas for dieting etc ...

Thats true! I'll finish it quietly and then stop ....

I have lots of gluten free flour to use up before my move - can't bake cakes to save my life, especially not with that, but I lurve crumble - and have lots of tinned fruit to use up too, so its all good.

My oats-for-brekkie is a little exotic at the mo - I'm using up dessicated coconut and cranberries :rotfl: so its tres lovely. And healthy!

Crumble talk is not allowed either as that is a particular favourite of mine and there is some left in the fridge which is already talking to me :o

You can talk about coconut as much as you like it is the one thing I really dislike

Hi Shaun :hello: Long time no see - hope you're doing ok? x

DT, maybe you should talk about foods that are health giving rather than banned ones, which we crave all the more? Like Avocados for Vit E = lovely skin. Brazil nuts contain Selenium = healthy brain cells! Stuff like that (now I'm boring myself :rotfl:)

I'll try and think of something more helpful and pop back then :D
