DT, that sounds great - you've still got a fair old whack of cc debt, but it sounds like thats going to be gone really soon. Absolutely wonderful! And I'm kind of glad you're going to be keeping the Lanzarote place for the moment - because it keeps your options open, keeps you with that amount of capital, and repaying debt from income. I can well understand if you need to repay debt from capital instead (in a way, thats what I'm doing myself - or rather, I'm paying the penalty for not investing in my house) - well, anyway, no idea how that sentence finishes, I'm waffling now! I hope your head has stopped hurting
