Bands A (Less than 100g/Km CO2) and B (100-120g/Km) are the ones being reduced in price to zero and £40 pa respectively. Band C (which is 120-150g/Km) as far as I can tell, is going down from £105 to £100. I have a Corsa 1.0 litre and it's 127g/Km - so a slight reduction.
There aren't many petrol cars in the B band AFAIK - the Toyota Prius and Honda Civic Hybrid petrol-electric hybrid cars are in this band. The A band will be stuff like electric vehicles I should imagine.0 -
My dad's never been happier - the tax on his diesel fiesta has dropped from £85 to £50 !
