If you'd care to read a fair number of posts you would find that you are one of many to come on here and lecture....

What is it with these buyers this week, the buyers thread must have fallen by the wayside....Shame we have to get all the ones who are lazy and cannot read the simplest of titles...

Well i know some willing people who need a space to vent about all us evil sellers who won't give away our properties to them so poor little them don't have to rent.....We have to rent get over it, it's not great and you never know whether you'll have a roof over your head in 6 months but needs must....

What happened to the old saying cut your cloth accordingly? Wish some FTB would learn they can't have it all jsut because the word recession is bandied about...


Anyway Monkeys bunny I am in the process of tidying the lounge for the final pictures, because as mcuh as i hate this place, i would like picturese of the house from hell as it was our first married home together, that and eveidence for our deposit....Then the curtains are coming down....

Most of the food is packed so we're getting there...

Only thing is it's pouring buckets up here with a gale force wind and it doesn't look like it's going to ease by Thursday...:(

Ahh well soggy furniture it is, i hope the removal men can move fast...Perhaps i should offer 2 mars bars for the quicker they go...:rotfl:

And you know why ... its because there are no flipping buyers. That's why we are all camped here on the sellers thread waiting for something to happen.


(And before anyone says - no, I am not counting all those thousands of people who have money in the bank and are waiting for the crash before they decide to jump in ....)

We've just exchanged contracts to move in about ten days.

It sure has taken its toll on my though. Never again!

Now we just have to find a house to buy, staying with relatives for a while.

my EA (the second one as the first one is useless and I really should get off my bottom and just sack them and get my keys back) had a cash buyer seeing the flat this evening and then on saturday someone is coming for a 3RD (!) viewing so I really hope one of these will result in an offer!
