Wow, I've not checked this thread for a few days and It's grown a little.

So all in all it seems what we're saying is when it works they're fine, but when it goes pear shaped you get to speak to 'Fred' from Bangalore :rolleyes: and he'll just recite his script at you and not take any notice of what you tell him.

Hmmmm, think I'll give it a miss

No good if you cant get onto the internet tho

Theres always works connections (on a scheduled break of course!! ) or a kindly friend or relative. Doens't cost the same as calling an 0870 number to pop on the internet for a minute either.
