But what would validate my claim ?

A court case saying so... ?
The point i am arguing is that society is predisposed to certain conventions. Are you seriously claiming men are considered equal parents ?
They are not, and all the evidence i have ever seen supports that view.
If you are also prepared to admit that women without children are discriminated in their careers and pay packets compared to similarly skilled and educated me....then we have consensus.;)
Not because it is inherently sexist but because society is still set up so that in general the women look after the children. That is a choice that we all at an individual level make, who is going to be the prime carer? Both mum and dad are part of that decision and for a variety of reasons it is almost always mum (partly because dad usually has a higher pay packet and/or more prospects than mum
)
If you are saying that a man who is prime carer with a high flying wife would lose custody in a divorce case just because he's a man, then no, I dont agree with you.

A court case would be an excellent piece of evidence
Some thing that shows women take precedence because they are women on an offical council website.
It would have to be something that superceded the official evidence that I can find stating that there is no difference.
Like I said - if it's true then you'd think a discriminated bloke would have more than a few words to say about it

But it won't happen will it ! The public sector is frozen when it comes to such matters. They fall over themselves to adopt equality policies whilst missing the point completely.
Men and women are not the same and therefore will never be equal.
I can't change that,you can't and no matter how hard they try no council official can.0
