Not on CSA2 - that was changed somewhere along the line.
For dividends to count I have to tell the CSA exactly when the ex took them and for how much and he then has to confirm that information.
As much chance as a bloke getting a council house in your reality I reckon

You keep saying fact but you cannot back this up - the law is the same for both that is fact.
Unless you can come up with a case where someone was discriminated against because they were male then your statement is not fact.
If you can tell him to get a bloody good solicitor because that council is going to be in for some compensation claim.
A person denied help when suffering from domestic violence AND a claim about sexism - I wouldn't like to be in the council's shoes.

The point i am arguing is that society is predisposed to certain conventions. Are you seriously claiming men are considered equal parents ?
