Of course the law is the same so no it's not evidence.

So if some guy goes to that council and is refused housing or help the law is not going to help him

But dividends do count !

It is indeed an oxymoron, go figure.

Not on CSA2 - that was changed somewhere along the line.

For dividends to count I have to tell the CSA exactly when the ex took them and for how much and he then has to confirm that information.

As much chance as a bloke getting a council house in your reality I reckon :(

He will without doubt have a harder time than a female in the same position. Fact.

You keep saying fact but you cannot back this up - the law is the same for both that is fact.

Unless you can come up with a case where someone was discriminated against because they were male then your statement is not fact.

If you can tell him to get a bloody good solicitor because that council is going to be in for some compensation claim.

A person denied help when suffering from domestic violence AND a claim about sexism - I wouldn't like to be in the council's shoes.

But what would validate my claim ?

A court case saying so... ?

The point i am arguing is that society is predisposed to certain conventions. Are you seriously claiming men are considered equal parents ?

They are not, and all the evidence i have ever seen supports that view.
