csa, how do i get a low weekly payement

I have been traped by a girl,I want to pay for the child,and help in its bringing up.But she is doing the fiddle with the father of her first child,and she is already trying it on with me.I am self employed and get a good wage,but she is already spending the other guys money on herself,as i have seen this for myself.I dont want them to catch up with me in the future,hich is why I want a csa ruleing,As she is a true gold digger,But i want my name on the birth cert if possible.

Heh heh , us poor blokes , getting raped by these women? :rotfl:, What you will be assessed on depends on your accountant.
I don't know how registering the child works, but iirc from 2003 the father automatically gets parental rights, access however is a different matter and you cannot be in charge of that. otherwise be prepared to be visiting court to gain access but contributing financially and with morally will put you in good stead (if the child is yours :eek: )

I think but am not sure that the phrase is 'Sperm Bandit'. This kind of action by some girls is with the new rules going to be a growth industry, as the amount of money that they will then get is wrong.

2 or 3 kids by different dads then she will have to be able to earn £25k plus a year to get what she will get of the State and the dads. Some system!!!!!

If she's that poor a mother then go for custody - you will almost certainly spend more of your income than as a NRP but will have the satisfaction of knowing that your child is brought up on something other than pedigree chum and stained vests.

If you are using an accountant to balance your books for HMRC, please remember that legally the CSA can demand that your accountant submits ALL information they hold pertaining to your income/expenses etc, so a word of caution when submitting certain info/receipts to the accountant - could you not manage your own accounts?

Be aware that if your lifestyle does not appear to reflect the income you claim to the CSA then the PWC can pursue that avenue.

Likewise - if you are not being honest with your books then you may be reported to HMRC for fraud.

Although I'm sure that bdt1 is not advocating either of those
