For me spud, I don't think I'll ever be in 'control', I see food (for me) like an addiction, like a smoker needs that first fag of the day, I 'need' food. I'm not even sure if I could replace food with another vice, so I know where you are coming from.
I've even looked over the last few months at having the inflatable balloon in my stomach, but it's £4k and only lasts 6 months - it won't deal with my issues with food. Often I get really 'excited' about the thought of a meal, and then the reality is really disappointing, not quite sure what that all means, but I'm sure it's relevant somewhere in my brain!
I don't think you are at all 'fat'. It's just not a description I would ever think of when thinking about you.
What I've decided to do, is, I've joined Tesco Diets, I used to be a member when it was ediets. I'm going to just try to eat less and see how I get on - however slowly it comes off. For example, week 1 was last week, I usually lose 5 or 6 pounds. I lost 2. So what. I don't think I'll lose any this week. So what. I'd like to lose 1 next week, but I'll see what life chucks at me and try to see if this wii and the wii fit could end up being my new vice perhapsIt might keep me out of the fridge if I'm distracted doing something else that is fun.
For me, this is me now being very loosely 'in control' and i'm going to see how I get on. I might not get anywhere, but if I don't, then I'll either try something else, or I'll just carry on being 'me' until I decide to try something else.
OK, so I've just rambled a load of rubbish. I apologise :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D

Not if you go for their "value" range.
Otherwise yes...
However their "value" range is better quality than other supermarkets' value ranges."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Am back from London. I'm absolutely knackered, how sitting on a coach for 4 hours can tire you out when you're not doing anything, I'll never know.
I've had a chill out weekend so I'll have to get on with some work soon. I aim to have my Employability essay and table finished by tomorrow night, then I just have to sort my CV out.
I've also got to get a doctor's appointment some time this week to arrange to get another mitigating circumstances letter for my essays as the first one only covered essays from last semester. I do seem to be getting some of my old drive back (the caffeine might have helped a bit there) so hopefully, I can finish them all within the next few weeks.
