few interesting cocktails there - cheers buffy. The fridge is generally a bit bare, but I do have a bit of orange juice in there. I also have some of that pink 'Russchian' mixer, I think it would taste odd with it, but they have cocktails that they are mixing with bitter lemon, pineapple juice etc..........

Just phoned OH and asked if he had any alcohol in the house. All he has is some coffee liquer in the fridge which from the sounds of it I put in there. That must make it about 5 years old _pale_ He's bringing it round for me to have a try :rotfl:

BB the more time you spend on the Wii it unlocks more games. I have also seen some on carboots and whatnot, Game also have an online shop. There were codes for Mario and through quidco too.

    evening all -

Haven't read back far.... hope everyone is okay?

Re my CD thing working for me... it's working but the proof is in the long term thing and i'm acutely aware that the repeaters/failure rate is mahoosive....
I'm going to have to keep a real handle on my weight and hope that the exercise that i do is the difference between struggling and managing to keep a good steady weight.......

Lovely day off today, erin was at school and i had the bank holiday off work.

I walked her to school which made her happy! and is a luxury for us as i'm usually rushing off to work!! Then i went to a friends for a cuppie tea and a blether... then home to catch up with a loads of housework... i kinda flyladied it by doing 30mins and then reading for 15minutes as i have a good book on the go.

Later on took Erin to brownies and went to gym for a nice workout... again took said book and read it on Xtrainer and bike for a while... wasn't able to master reading and running at the same time!!! but it helps to have the clock covered up!! lol!!

    Beanie, thanks for the post!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

at the moment Bob, I only have the Wii sport and the wii fit. That's already unlocking new activities as I do the sports etc which is cool.

I like puzzle games, or ones where you have an empty hospital/town/theme park etc or where you are in a town and you have a mission and have to talk to people/push and pull levers etc/find bits of paper before you can move on.

I'm thinking about renting a sims game, perhaps Zelda and perhaps Broken Sword. I had Broken Sword for the PS1 and liked that. I also used to enjoy playing crash bandicoot so might rent a wii version of that.

  • BB ~ Zelda is fab :D My sims was better than the normal Sims game, but thats my opinion :) Have you hooked it up to the tinternet and downloaded some classics yet? Its cheap too. If I remember it was £4 for Sonic/Mario and such :j Plus you can then play wii arcade!
