Don't feel stupid, I danced around on the patio in my jammies about an hour ago in the torrential rain and fantastic electric storm.....DH joined me for a dance in his pants....DD's looked on in sheer horror....:D
As for the weightloss stuff....personally the CD wouldn't work for me, I love food, I love cooking it, shopping for it, faffing with it and eating it....I've never seen "food" as my issue, my reason for gaining weight over the past 6 years was due to lack of exercise, which then becomes lack of confidence. Now that we've moved house I can walk for miles and have been, this week I've clocked up 12 miles....
I do admire those who've done the CD and lost the weight, you're braver than I am but it's not a sign of failure if it's not for you."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
sigh...........I fancy some alcohol, but I only have advocaat in the house - I don't even have any lemonade to make a snowball!

And Spud you are exactly as lovely as Sammy says. Sorry the CDC person was so rubbish.
I am trying to work out something I think I can do re weight and exercise. To burn between 400- 500 calories is going to be a tall order mind you.
Oh dear, the Karen Carpenter story is on what with that and the Disney film I watching I may have to go have a cry.

Not if you go for their "value" range.
Otherwise yes...
However their "value" range is better quality than other supermarkets' value ranges.
Ta Z~About what I thought.
Will be interesting to see if our new store when it opens has many of the "value" range.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
