Tell her to jiggle the wheel about-usually the wheel lock thingy, may have to give it a good hard tug

Hi Bookie, I was home alone in the garden earlier. Well, an untidy yard really.
    Just back from work.

I've come in now as I feel silly and lonely.

I am sitting outside in a lovely garden on a warm summer's evening. And yet I feel stupid for doing this as I am alone.

Don't feel stupid, I danced around on the patio in my jammies about an hour ago in the torrential rain and fantastic electric storm.....DH joined me for a dance in his pants....DD's looked on in sheer horror....:D

As for the weightloss stuff....personally the CD wouldn't work for me, I love food, I love cooking it, shopping for it, faffing with it and eating it....I've never seen "food" as my issue, my reason for gaining weight over the past 6 years was due to lack of exercise, which then becomes lack of confidence. Now that we've moved house I can walk for miles and have been, this week I've clocked up 12 miles....

I do admire those who've done the CD and lost the weight, you're braver than I am but it's not a sign of failure if it's not for you.

You aren't silly or lonely Bookie xxxx

You are stuck with us now my love

And Spud you are exactly as lovely as Sammy says. Sorry the CDC person was so rubbish.

I am trying to work out something I think I can do re weight and exercise. To burn between 400- 500 calories is going to be a tall order mind you.

Oh dear, the Karen Carpenter story is on what with that and the Disney film I watching I may have to go have a cry.

    xxxx

Not if you go for their "value" range.

    Otherwise yes... :p

However their "value" range is better quality than other supermarkets' value ranges.

    Ta Z~About what I thought.
Will be interesting to see if our new store when it opens has many of the "value" range.
