WW lets you eat anything, as long as you count it, that's a healthier attitude, denying yourself is silly. You only get one life to live.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Trying to catch up but I've missed so much that it is huge.

'do 1 thing every day that scares you'..........I forgot this line was from this song. If I'm scared of something now I instantly think of this line.

I have lovely little brown splatters on a sky blue shirt..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

She just wasnt interested Bun. Tried to talk over problems, like DH's etc and she couldnt get rid of us quick enough. Emailed her last week to explain that I couldnt go for a few weeks, and she hasnt even bothered to reply
TBH, I really did miss having a meal with the family, but could've maybe got over that with her support, but I feel she was just there to sell the soups/shakes. Wasnt interested in me
So, here I am, no longer CDing, scared to check the scales
One size does not fit all Spud...some either love CD or some hate it. the all or nothing is right from Bunny but I loved that bit of it. It took all options off me and I discovered why I was eating....
Good counsellors play a big part, my counsellor was counsellor of the year last year and she is very supportive without it being a big issue. I found the clap happy part of SW embarrassing, loved the diet but found the sins an excuse to pick at things. I still managed to go out and have meals out with my family while on CD....I still think you would do well on the 2 shakes plus a meal tbh - if you could find a supportive counsellor. My colleague at work has lost 2 stone slowly whilst on 2 to 3 shakes and a low carb meal (and wine) over 3 months.
But I think you sound a bit unhappy at the minute for one reason or another so I think you should try to get to the bottom of that first. You thought no one would speak to you once we met you and nothing could be further from the truth, we love you more now.:D
You have a loving husband, two great kids and a BIG dog...are you scared that you don't deserve them or something....cos you do....you iz lovely.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

How was the yoga BB?
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Go round and show him, either that or throttle him with it

It's my 'cool down' song on my ipod, after a workout or a run, I'll walk or power walk to it taking deep breaths and really listening to the lyrics. It really lifts me up.

not very stretchy Linda :rotfl:
I did the step aerobics again, the jog (huff, puff and it was only 3 minutes!), 3 yoga poses, the tightrope thingy twice and the ski jump twice. All came to 17 minutes I think, so a small start but a few more minutes than yesterday.
I seem to be best at the tennis and the bowling on the sports. Not sure I'll do much of the traditional muscle workouts on the wii fit thought - press ups :eek::eek:
I told my OH this morning I'd done a 3 minute jog yesterday (I was quite proud as it's the most I've jogged in many a year) - his reply 'it's not like a real jog, though, is it'
Let's just say following my reply to that..........he apologised........;)"Stay Wonky":D

Dorset Recorder headline:
local man throttled with wii cable
A local man was found yesterday having been throttled with the cable from a Wii, the actual control was removed from his rectum by emergency paramedics.
