She just wasnt interested Bun. Tried to talk over problems, like DH's etc and she couldnt get rid of us quick enough. Emailed her last week to explain that I couldnt go for a few weeks, and she hasnt even bothered to reply :rolleyes:

I think you can do it alone now Spud, you'd have to have switched to a regular sensible diet at some point. Have you thought about Weight Watchers or Slimming World? That's kind of a halfway house.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

I thought that too Gemmzie, but I'm not sure I'm being entirely sensible
Exercise was going to play a big part in maintaining, maybe even continuing to lose, but I injured myself yesterday, so dead fed up about that.
