Spud, I didn't know your CDC was a cow. That's not very nice. It's a time when you need lots of support!

Are you not doing it now?

She just wasnt interested Bun. Tried to talk over problems, like DH's etc and she couldnt get rid of us quick enough. Emailed her last week to explain that I couldnt go for a few weeks, and she hasnt even bothered to reply

TBH, I really did miss having a meal with the family, but could've maybe got over that with her support, but I feel she was just there to sell the soups/shakes. Wasnt interested in me :(

So, here I am, no longer CDing, scared to check the scales :o

That's not a bad fare then Bun. Cheapest I could find was £2,025 ex LGW on BA for 2 adults/2 kids, but that was on a BA staff deal.

I think you can do it alone now Spud, you'd have to have switched to a regular sensible diet at some point. Have you thought about Weight Watchers or Slimming World? That's kind of a halfway house.

I thought that too Gemmzie, but I'm not sure I'm being entirely sensible :p

Exercise was going to play a big part in maintaining, maybe even continuing to lose, but I injured myself yesterday, so dead fed up about that.

I did SW a couple of years ago, and did really well. Maybe I'll have another go.
