One size does not fit all Spud...some either love CD or some hate it. the all or nothing is right from Bunny but I loved that bit of it. It took all options off me and I discovered why I was eating....

Good counsellors play a big part, my counsellor was counsellor of the year last year and she is very supportive without it being a big issue. I found the clap happy part of SW embarrassing, loved the diet but found the sins an excuse to pick at things. I still managed to go out and have meals out with my family while on CD....I still think you would do well on the 2 shakes plus a meal tbh - if you could find a supportive counsellor. My colleague at work has lost 2 stone slowly whilst on 2 to 3 shakes and a low carb meal (and wine) over 3 months.

But I think you sound a bit unhappy at the minute for one reason or another so I think you should try to get to the bottom of that first. You thought no one would speak to you once we met you and nothing could be further from the truth, we love you more now.:D

You have a loving husband, two great kids and a BIG dog...are you scared that you don't deserve them or something....cos you do....you iz lovely.

I feel a bit like I'm right back at square one. Like the people who were anti CD will be saying 'told you so' . Like I still havent learnt and gained control :o

I loved the no measuring, no weighing, no counting side of CD. I think if I'd had CDC who was willing to help, I'd have been fine.

As for DH, I havent a clue what he sees in me if I'm totally honest. But, whatever it is, he's been here nearly 20 years, married for almost 16. I'm obviously doing summink right, ehh ;):D

    Awww :kisses3:

Although the shyness, complete lack of confidence and hiding behind trees would begin to greate a tad after a while I fear :D

    I should bl00dy think so, cheeky s0d!

    Dorset Recorder headline:
local man throttled with wii cable

A local man was found yesterday having been throttled with the cable from a Wii, the actual control was removed from his rectum by emergency paramedics.

...but since the patient then regained the power of speech, paramedics re-inserted it as an emergency measure.
